(This is my favorite pumpkin recipe. It is divine. Caution however, because it is quite rich. It's fabulouso with some vanilla or cinnamon ice cream)

Pumpkin Crunch Cake

1 15 oz can pumpkin
large can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt
4 eggs

box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks margarine

Beat first 6 ingredients until well mixed and pour into greased 13x9 pan.

Sprinkle box of yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture.

sprinkle pecans over cake mix.

Thinly slice margarine over pecans.

Bake 350 for 50 minutes.

(I've also tried walnuts instead of pecans and it's yummy too)

facebook is a networking site like myspace that is popular with high schoolers and college age. it's more popular though with LDS kids because you can make it safer than myspace-you're only friends with those who you allow, you can limit what people learn about you, etc.

i've been out of college for 5 years but my brother who's in law school and my sister at BYUI convinced me to join-it's just another space to chat, message, post pics, etc. but I've found I keep in better touch with all my cousins who are on it who I don't see as much now that I live in the midwest. So it's helped me connect with my cousins. sorry, that was way longer than i meant it to be!
