Keslie has it bad!! This being apart from Anika thing in the mornings is really hard on her. She misses her friend. It's only been a little over a week so I know it will get better but right now I have a HUGE grump on my hands from the minute we drop Anika off. She says "come to - come to!" over and over and today she tried to sneak into class with Anika!! Poor little thing! It's hard when the big sister goes off to school! I remember when I was little and Kelyn hadn't started school yet. I got her so excited by telling her I was going to bring her to school with me. I really thought it was possible! Poor Kelyn when mom nixed that one! I imagine these younger siblings feel kinda lonely when their big sister moves on in the world. But it is SOOO cute to see her face light up and hear her joyous exclamation of EEEKA!!! when Anika comes running out of her classroom! AND then they play SO well together when we get home. It's like they are long lost friends. I love it!!
Keslie set up a bunch of their stuffed animals like this and I walked in to see her sitting next to them. It was so darn cute that I had to get a snapshot! I know, it's a little fuzzy. Oh well!
Anika is doing GREAT in preschool! She is so cute. I love asking her about her day when we pick her up. She says the funniest things! AND - I need to get this down before I forget and she stops saying it - she says REGOT for forgot and it is SOOOOO cute!
Well - I'm off to pick up my hubby from school!

Yeah thanks for making promises you couldn't keep. just kidding.How smart is Kes to do that. I am glad that they get along so good after school. probably helps the afternoon more enjoyable instead of wishing it to end. I love you. I found my video camera p.s.
Oh poor Kes. I am glad Anika is doing so good though. I cant believe she is going to be 4 soon. So Crazy!!!! Well I miss you tonz and so dont want to wait till Dec. to see you. And are you so jealous that Kelyn got a flipping Toyota Sienna?!?! Man I sure am!!! love you
Our poor little babies! The little man is the same! I can't believe that she did that whole set up by herself, Super Cute! But then, you already knew that.
That is so cute! Hannah misses her best friend too when he goes to preschoool. She bawls everytime he leaves and gets SO excited to go pick him up!! =)
That is the sweetest! I love it when Hunter and Kenli are playing well together. He can make her laugh better than anyone else. These are moments you cherish! Cute Girls!
Poor Kes. Sad times. Now how are you holding up with out entertainment for her?

I know exactly how you feel. Matthew and Nicholas have become the very best of friends and when Nicholas started going to school it was death for Matthew. I bought Nicholas a Spiderman backpack and it came with a tiny backpack that you could detach. Matthew wore it to take Nicholas to school the 2nd week he went and in his little mind wearing a backpack meant that he could go too. He started walking in the door with Nicholas (he lines up with Nicholas everyday)and I had to tell him he couldn't go. I have never seen a more heartbroken little boy. I almost started crying because of the face he gave me. Then he literally gave me the cold shoulder the entire time Nicholas was in school. That was a rough one. Whew, sorry to take up your entire blog with my story. It will definitely get better for Kes though. I make preschool Matthew and mommy time and he has started to really like it. Matthew is kind of quiet so sometimes he gets lost in Nicholas' shadow. I think preschool is good for everyone. Okay, I'm done. I love you!!!
